"The only store that lies about its prices, you see a bunch of big yellow sales tags on items thinking it's a good deal but only when you get to the checkout do you find out you need some rewards card to actually get any of those sales prices, so I ended up spending about $40 more than I would have because of your false advertising. Meijer, Walmart and jungle Jim's don't ever do stuff like this, I'm never shopping at Kroger again. Unbelievable."

"Today, on this gloomy poor tina pity party type of day, Krogers saved the day. I scored this beautiful non holiday looking $21.00 candle for a 75% holiday is over discount and paid just over $4. (I got 2). So if your like me and love candles but rarely treat yourself so you can treat your kid(s), then today is for you. Jan. 9th 2024. They had 11 large 3- wick and 6 smaller 1-wick candles all the same when I was there at 12:30 this afternoon. Thank me later, pamper yourself now."

"Saturday December 23 me and my aunt were racially profiled here at the Eastgate Kroger by a (so called manager) but she wasn’t a manger. We were at the self checkout the one that look like the cashiers use there was a nice lady in front of us who was first she was very nice we waited to start scanning until she was done…. But we noticed that when she was scanning her items no manager no cashier was around and yes this women is caucasian unlike me and my aunt we are black so what the lady got done me and my aunt start to ring up our groceries there is a (so called manager) literally standing behind us to the point my aunt can feel her breathing on her neck… because that’s how close she was my aunt asked her nicely if there was a reason to why she was standing here watching us she stated she wasn’t watching us she just doing her job (let’s make this VERY CLEAR …. You can tell when someone is watching you it’s a instant feeling and it makes you feel Uncomfortable) which is what my aunt told her like hey well your making me feel uncomfortable she stated yet again she is doing her job(mind you we are customers here so a customer is saying to you you are making me feel uncomfortable and your still standing here your still watching us) and again nobody else was being giving this type of treatment what so ever because I was paying attention when we got done my aunt went up to the front and said she wanted to speak to a manager she follows her up to the front (trying to be funny) and yet again claim she is the manager let’s make it clear our world is amongst all people of all genders/race/culture etc but I would respect a person/company/employee whatever if you don’t accept people of COLOR if we are not welcomed please note that please put a sign because I am ok with not coming somewhere where me my family my kind of people are not welcomed !"

"Kroger's is a good place to shop, and there produce is better than any other place around.. the store is always clean, and I can always find what I need.. the only problem I have with going there is a lot of times the sale prices do not get taken off at the register I guess because they are not programmed into the system, so if you're not paying attention to your receipt and you don't read it, you will not get the sale prices that you think you're getting. That happens to us about 85% of the time, then we have to go to customer service for refund."

"I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews here recently. The store was clean and well-lit. The aisles were well-stocked. The produce all looked fresh. The parking lot was a good size. It is in a busier part of town, so I can imagine it gets crowded on the weekends."
