Also, I do not understand why a business does not answer calls from customers and relies on an answering machine instead. I already regret my purchase."

Very responsive and willing to go the extra mile. They even hand delivered a box to my home so I would have it in time to take up to my son’s apartment on the weekend. Great folks to do business with. You can’t go wrong ordering a window box from them."
"I have had my flower framer window box for over 20 years and it still looks great. The end caps needed replacing because I accidentally hit it with the car while it was stored in the garage for winter. I emailed the company and the new owner, Doug, responded quickly and said I could buy replacements. Since I was local he even dropped them off at my house. You don’t get customer service like that anymore. Couldn’t be happier and I’m Sure I will enjoy my window box for many more years to come."
