"We had a dishwasher installed and they did a horrible job. The crew were most likely illegals who could barely speak English. Did not turn on the water, left the electrical plate off which is an electrical hazard, threw the hose in our flower bed and never even finished the install connecting to the counter. If this is the best help you have I will never use Home Depot again. Was one the phone multiple times trying to get an electrical cover and reimbursed for the install since I had to do everything myself. If you want it done right call Lowes or install it yourself. Do not allow Home Depot to do it.... This is what happens with open borders."
"Kind of pathetic and sad that Home Depot like so many other woke businesses are turning into self service businesses. No help in the aisles, no one with any concern for the customer or experience on home improvement, contracting or building. Management that doesn't seem to care and aside from all that, you then get the dubious honor of ringing out your own purchase, as there are 6 registers with none of them attended by a cashier. If you are going to save 7-10% on your payroll, at least have the decency to pass that along to the customer forced to ring out their own purchase. I don't recall getting a w-2 from home depot for all the work I've done ringing myself out..."
