"They are too high priced. And they say " price match".. but it's not.. it has to the same brand.. yeah, brand. So if you see a board for 4.50.. and you go too them and it's 6.00, well, they say it's not from so and so, so we can't match... what?! So how is that price match? If anything, it's a brand price match.. I'm good. I'll stick too home depot. They have better prices, and everything can be found. Instead of blue clues on where stuff at."

"This is my choice in Home Improvement stores. Friendly staff, very helpful. Free air in the parking lot, I can't begin to tell you how helpful this is. I only wish more customers respected the equipment. I appreciate the Veterans parking, I've had health issues lately, and this is extremely helpful. Not sure why they discontinued the military discount on certain items, but the discounts are much appreciated. All of these things make me believe that Lowes is at least trying to do right by folks. Over and above all other businesses of the like. This is why I almost exclusively frequent their business. I won't shop at Home Depot. Lowes is #1."

"I remember with those was customer focus, I just waited 15 minutes or so wow two employees ignored me. Before one of them even acknowledge my presence. Then I asked the guy for plastic bolts to hold my toilet seat on, advice about my toilet flange. Do better Lowe's."

"Terrible. Was looking for plumbing connections. Couldn't find what I was looking for. No one around so I went to the desk to ask someone for assistance. They paged for help in plumbing supplies and I waited another 30 or 40 minutes. No one showed up so I left. Doulbt if I will go back. Pretty bad when you got several employees throughout the store standing around that dont a dam thing about what the store has and can be of no help."

"Buyer Beware I seldom resort to public forums to express my dissatisfaction with a service, but my recent experience with Lowe's hardwood flooring installation has compelled me to share the ordeal. The series of disappointments I've encountered are not reflective of the professional standards one would expect from a company of such repute. Installation Professionalism: My first grievance arose when the installers decided to cut the flooring inside my home without any prior information or consent. A simple courtesy, like using a drop cloth, was ignored, resulting in a thick layer of dust blanketing every corner of my first floor. My kitchen turned into a disaster zone, rendering it unusable. The sheer negligence forced me to hire a cleaner, an expense I hadn't anticipated. When confronted, the install manager's initial reaction was a blatant lie, asserting that my items had been covered. However, upon re-entering the room, it was evident that the coverings were a hasty afterthought, executed a staggering six hours into the installation. Product Quality and Time Management: After dedicating eight hours of my day to oversee the installation, the last thing I expected was to be informed that the flooring used was substandard. The installers needed to undo their entire day's work and source new boards. This lapse not only wasted an entire day but also mandated that I take an additional day off for the subsequent installation. My frustration was further compounded when I received a call late in the evening, being notified that Lowe's had run out of the requisite hardwood. The lack of inventory foresight resulted in my home being left in disarray, without a definitive completion date. Communication and Responsiveness: The situation took a further nosedive when I was informed that the flooring wouldn't be available until Friday, pushing the installation to the subsequent Monday. The cumulative delays mean I am expected to take four days off work, an imposition that wasn't communicated at the outset. What exacerbates this ordeal is the deafening silence from Lowe's management. Despite my attempts, I've been unable to establish communication with any representative, and the customer service team remains elusive. In summary, the series of mishaps and lack of accountability have left a bitter taste. I had hoped for a seamless experience, but instead, I am left navigating a tumultuous situation, with my living space in chaos and work commitments disrupted. I genuinely hope Lowe's takes note of such experiences to refine their services for future customers"
