The Budding Florist

"I placed an order for birthday flowers online (they do not answer the phone at the shop and the voicemail instructions said to order online). The order stayed in pending status past the expected delivery date. I called multiple times, left a few voicemails and also emailed (also per their voicemail instruction). Never heard back at all. Finally, 3 weeks later I filed a complaint with my credit card company and was refunded the money. I never heard from the florist about what happened. How embarrassing! These flowers were supposed to be a birthday gift for a very good customer of this establishment."

"While visiting the Findley Market, on Mother's Day, my lovely daughter took me to, "The Budding Florist," for the first time. (It's located doors down across the street behind the market.) I'm a "plant mom," so the look on my face when I walked in was priceless!!! I was in plant heaven, LoL! The plants were displayed nicely, looked very healthy, happy, and well kept. The customer service was exceptional and all of my questions were answered with additional helpful information. These are the green babies I purchased.
