"My fiance sent flowers to my work for Valentine's Day. The flowers were delivered on 2/13 after hours (our office closes at 5) and left on the sidewalk in front of our building in the cold. No box, no flower food, just the vase with barely any water left in the cold. They also looked nothing at all like what he ordered. Most of the flowers were wilted or dead on 2/14 and the rest died the next day. It was terrible. My fiance felt so bad that this happened, but it wasn't his fault. I would never recommend this florist. The quality and delivery was awful."

"A week ago, we had our daughter's wedding, and Karen from Abbey Florist decorated the Ceremony and Reception absolutely beautifully! Everyone was mesmerized by the quality and beauty of each piece. The freshness and color of each flower was unbelievable. Flowers last through the wedding, and we gave some of them to our guests and some of them left at the Radisson Hotel. It was very easy to work with Karen. She has such a great personality and a way to build confidence and trust between her and customers, which is extremely important during wedding preparation. We are SO lucky that we met Karen, and she agreed to be the Florist for our wedding!!! We are looking forward to many years with beautiful flowers from Karen!!!"
