"DO NOT USE 1-800-FLOWERS or their website to order flowers. Call directly to the shop and order from them. The 1800Flowers site takes these orders and sends them to florists in the area, it’s just a middle-man service. That website shows large arrangements for cheaper prices, with flowers that aren’t even in season or not available in the area. It makes for false advertisement. The floral shops have their own pricing and 1800Flowers takes a cut of it while also giving customers “discounts.” Avoid this issue by going directly to the shop so you know what you are ordering. This flower shop is the best in Cincinnati. Reviews are conflicting due to the 1800Flowers service. I’d recommend this to anyone ordering ANYTHING local, to not use a third service and instead order from the place directly. I.e. Food - don’t use Uber eats or DoorDash, they take most of the money from restaurants too."

"Brian and the Staff, At All About Flowers, did an excellent job for ME when I asked them to make a Full Floral Arrangement for My Sister's Birthday!!! The price was very reasonable and all I wanted was a Nice Bouquet of Flowers and My Sister ended up receiving not only A Beautiful Bouquet but Brian even Threw In A Vase and Delivered the Arrangement For The Same Amount Of Money And It Was Just A Beautiful Bouquet And Arrangement!!! So the Price was Very Reasonable, and One Would Even Say Inexpensive and I Was Given, for My Sister's Birthday, Much Much More Than I Expected!!! And By The Way My Sister Was Delighted With The Floral Arrangement That She Received As A Birthday Gift!!! So if YOU ARE Looking For A FANTASTIC FLORAL SHOP I Could Not Recommend More, And YOU WILL BE DELIGHTED WITH: AT ALL ABOUT LOWERS, LLC!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Wish I could give this business zero stars. I ordered flowers through a 3rd party for a friend having surgery. The arrangement was supposed to be beautiful & vibrant with lots of different types of flowers. I received a picture from my friend who received her flowers and I was appalled. It was the worst arrangement I’ve ever seen. It looked like a $5 arrangement that was thrown together quickly and for sure didn't reflect the $90 I paid. It was small and didn’t resemble the ordered arrangement in the slightest. It had only 3 types of flowers and one rose appeared to be dying. I find it really sad that a business would take advantage of a situation in which you rarely get a picture of the finished product so they can profit more and you’d probably never know. Very shady!!! Definitely would not recommend this place!!! First pic is the arrangement she received and the second one is the arrangement I ordered."
