"Awful experience. Illegal business practices. I ordered a headlight for my Mercedes. It took six weeks to arrive to Canada. I took the headlight to the Mercedes dealership and it was defective. It took another four weeks for them to send a replacement headlight. The second headlight was never received. They said they had it sent it back to them. They told me they would reimburse me 50% of the headlight and once the first one was returned, they would reimburse me the other 50%. This never happened. I called them every day for 30 days. I spoke to a different person. Every time I called someone was in a meeting or someone was to get back to me. They would not send me a return label told me to pay and they would reimburse me for the shipping. I had to get the credit card company involved to be reimbursed. It was a horrifying experience, and I totally do not recommend them. Awful be careful."
