"They absolutely righted a wrong! I called to get a price on a battery. Maggie was extremely nice! I could tell she was new because when I asked a question she would refer to a gentleman in the background for help. I could hear him in the background being extremely rude so when she came back to the phone I said I heard him in the background, thank you and hung up. Maggie brought this to managements attention and they found my number and called me back to apologize! Fred offered me a discount and was also very kind and apologetic! The regional manager even apologized! All other staff members I encountered were so nice and professional. I ended up having a wonderful experience and I will never go anywhere else for a battery, they gained a customer for life!"

"Fred was our technician and he was fantastic! We only needed a tire mounted and they got it done quick..but then our battery died and Fred was more then friendly and gave us a jump! Would recommend over and over, they saved us after a long and stressful couple of days, thank you NTB Columbus!"

When I walked in, Fred took care of me immediately and was friendly and attentive to my needs of pricing. The service didn’t take long at all. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a more better experience. If you need tires replaced. I would definitely check them out!"

They've maintained that same integrity every time I've gone back. "Went in for a tire rotation. When I called for a price, they told me it was free. I questioned if I had to get a service done and they said no, so I scheduled an appointment and they got me in right away. When I took the car, they told me it would be $20 unless I got an oil change or tires from them, but that was no big deal. When I went to pay, the gentleman told me that it would be free since that's what I was told and he was going to honor it. Totally appreciate his integrity and dedication to quality customer service. I will definitely be back here for my oil changes in any future tire service that I need."
