"Had a store call in to verify they had the spark plug wires i needed, the employee made sure to have them double check it was on the shelf since it wasn't my first store looking for them that supposedly had them, got their 10mins later and they didn't have the wires, so they either lied to me or the employee about checking and just put him on hold for 3mins. Either way they're useless go to napa they actually made sure to have my parts"
"6 associates and only 1 operating sales and fighting with lost delivery. Your asked to wait by door and everyone passes by without masks 6" apart. 1 associate I asked for a qt. of brake fluid said NO. Barely spoke English. One in the back brought up a pint, then back again with another one. They asked what kind. Dot 3 is very common for all vehicles. If they didn't want me to shop there, they've succeeded."
