"To whom it may concern, I was at your store on the 16th with my mother. We are highly disappointed and upset with our interaction with Mrs. Kaitlin. We felt disrespected, talked down to and to be quite frank racially profiled by her. We were handed off after I guess our English was not good enough for Kaitlin to Mrs. Carmen, we can't give you how she did because we were so infuriated with our interaction prior. Going forward, we will never visit that store as long as the racist Kaitlin is there. I will not be talked down to and embarrassed. Because I have an accent, I don't have credit? I hope someone brings to Kaitlin attention that this is not the 1930s and we gave equal rights. Thank you. Have a great day.
