"Amazed doesn't begin to cover it! I recently inherited this ring from my grandmother after her passing. I noticed a pearl was loose so I took it in for repair. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but the team also gave me great advice on taking care of fine jewelry since I'm not so familiar. Not to mention they were able to fix it just in time for me to wear it to Thanksgiving. It's very clear the entire staff cares greatly about what they do. "Annie and Alex were extremely cordial and helpful. Aside from my repair needs, we spoke for several minutes about miscellaneous things, including pets and pet rescue. I took two watches in for battery replacement; one was completed within a couple of minutes. A battery had to be ordered for the other. The second replacement was completed within a couple of days. The business is also very military and first responder friendly. My new go-to jewelry store!!! Their friendliness and customer service was outstanding!
