"I was waiting to buy a helmet and speakers.the man was waiting on a customer to my left.while patiently waiting a cople came up dressed in fully loaded vests and nice shirts to my right. The man finished with the customer and proceeded to the couple bypassing me.i said excuse me i was next and he tells me "they have money". I said "so do i but you wont get it now". Before i do something to get me in trouble i just walked off.i will never spend my money with them."

"Great service and professional headset installation. I ordered my helmet with custom wired headset installation on a weekend. First thing Monday morning I had an email update letting me know they had to order the helmet and would have it in Wednesday. Thursday morning I got a shipping notification email and the helmet arrived Saturday. The headset installation was very clean, much better than I could have done and the total price was hardly more than I would have paid buying the helmet and headset separately. Will definitely shop here again."

"Others have given 5 stars...we arent kidding people! Sierra electronics is a 6 star Motorcycle store! Extremely friendly and pleasant family business for 35 years...THEY KNOW MOTORCYCLE AUDIO INSIDE AND OUT! They told me info about my gl1500 panasonic and how it performs thats not in the owners or shop manual. I have my unit in for preventative maint, and upgrades. He looked at our speakers that were worst that J&M had...he replaced them with MUCH better quality and volume speakers...and went ahead and fixed a plastic piece on our helmets that was broken N/C!! Diane was WONDERFUL to talk to also....and their facility and property was gorgeous!! Radio should be back in 3 days!! Drove 100 miles there, WELL worth the trip...if you are on the other side of the country....this is your "go to" audio experts...Goldwing...Harley Davidson and everything in between! Kudos to the Sierra Family team! OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!! UPDATE: dropped off Radio on Saturday afternoon. ...Monday afternoon received call repairs complete, works great, paid bill and it is being shipped back! NOW THAT IS FAST SERVICE!!!!"

"I've been going to Sierra Electronics for about 6 years and they are awesome! They are very reasonably priced and they always do an amazing job. They are very friendly and their quotes for pricing and timing of work are accurate (not to mention, they do great quality work). I recommend them to all of my friends. I have had some special circumstances that have required them to fabricate something from scratch to get something to work with my bike. I used to try local places to get some help with my electronic issues but the local places often could not help me or have told me "that can't be done". Well, I just wasn't calling the right place because when I called Sierra, they knew how to get it done. They just have the best customer service and I have been happy with them every single time I have needed them. They rock!
