"I was experiencing an odd engine noise with my Honda CRV in Sept, on the Thursday before our Labor Day camping trip. I took the vehicle to 5 different mechanics in Troy for inspections. I got varying results, and one of the mechanics quoted me a super expensive bill that didn't address the engine noise. Feeling completely frustrated, I finally stopped in at Advance Auto Parts for oil, and explained my adventures. The gentlemen took the time to hear my woes, then mentioned another mechanic, and made a call to the owner to see if they could fit me in then and there. The owner agreed and worked miracles. He inspected and diagnosed my issue and had it fixed within 24 hours!! It was such a relief to have a safe, working vehicle and we continued our camping trip as planned. Made some great memories. And it was all because of the support I received from the guys at Advance Auto Parts."
