"I had my vehicle serviced on 2/15/24 at 245pm. I always list the date and time to give credit to the specific staff that was working. 5 plus stars today! The staff was professional and respectful. Very personable as well! Be prepared to wait a few extra minutes as Valvoline now offers additional services to their customers! : ) Special thanks to everyone who worked today! You guys are the best! I may pay a little extra but it is money well spent for the awesome service that they provide! Thanks again, I'll see you all next time! (Frequent customer)"
"Make sure you have three hours to give. Nothing is done fast. The staff is friendly, but you can tell they don't care about their job. And the driveway is horrible. Once you get in the line, you are blocked in and cannot get out. I didn't have three hours to give today, but I guess I'll have to make time. This place is not the same as it used to be."
"They did a good job and got the oil changed But however I called a associate from the corporate office. She offered me a $15 coupon. That barely was able to load on my phone. When I used it, it was only for $5. On top of that, they tried to sell me all of their unnecessary accessories. And then I realized the oil changed costs more than walmarts Buy a long shot but that was after the fact. Not being rude just being critical for people who want the same kind of service as me"

"Went in for fleet oil change and tire rotation. They messed up one of my lug nuts and replaced with what must have been their best option! It is a bigger size than my others so now I am on the side of road with no way to change tire as the lug nut is too big for my wrench. Had they said something I would have gone to a dealer to get proper lugnut replacement. But now I am stuck waiting for somebody to come fix my tire! Will never use again!"
