"The person I talked was very friendly and knowledgeable. I told him right off I was just looking but he spent time taking me all around the nursey and talking about the trees they have for sale. Walking around the nursey, it is a lot bigger than it looks from the road. I'm planning on going back this spring."

"My first visit was over the weekend. What a QUALITY garden center. From the moment I arrived I could tell by glancing that the owner and staff take genuine care of their inventory. An investment in quality Flowers and plants is a must for me. It's taken us 13 years to convert our property into a park like setting. I'm no Master Gardener but taking the class is on my bucket list. During spring and summer months I spend weekends touring with my garden lady girlfriends and a return visit to Rose City Nursery is definitely on our itinerary. As with any reputable nursery or garden center, I felt like last Saturday was like Christmas for me. I was really pleased to meet the owner and interact with his staff. I can't wait to come back!!"

"Looking for landscape stones. They clearly have many but the prices were all removed from the weather. This is how the conversation went, "Hi, can I help you find something?" .... "Hi! I'm looking to purchase around 10 medium sized stones but there's no price on them" ... " Well, we have them laying all around, it just depends on which ones you want, I don't know the prices" .... then walked away. Thinking she was going to get someone who knew, I waited. And waited. AND waited. She never came back. I wasn't going to load the rocks and THEN find out a price. There were only 3 cars in the lot so it wasn't because they were busy. I expected a little customer service but apparently rocks aren't on their high priority list."

"It was raining so hard when i decided to stop and see if they had a Cone Flower. It was a long wet walk to get inside. The sales person ask if she could help... I explained what I was looking for and she said, you stay here and I will bring some for you to look at. Got what i wanted. The walk back to my car was long and wet but I got what I wanted. I will remember how nice they were when I want another plant!"

"I had such a wonderful experience here! I was looking for a specific tree as a gift for Father's Day that was difficult to find. There was a very helpful person who personally looked up the tree, and walked the entire nursery with me to find it. As we walked, she gave me interesting information about some of the trees as we walked and made it a great experience. We found the tree, and it is healthy and beautiful! Highly recommend."
