"I called to see if they Maintenance vacuums. The man who answered the phone greeted me at the door I had 2 vacuum cleaners and asked if he could clean them out. We can clean them he said but it will not increase the performance of the vacuum. I said I know this my vacuums work fine, I just need my hose cleaned and down by the base where the brushes spin, I needed that area cleaned out as well and filters cleaned. He said they have no tool to clean out the hose I asked since you've been in business you've not acquired a long brush soak the hose over the night and clean it out that way he said no we don't. Bottom line I took my vacuums with me and did not use their service. It's merely up to the consumer what type of maintenance and work required by yourself needed none."
"Took our Kirby in for a tune-up and cleaning. The customer service was excellent and they did the work in a timely fashion. So happy that our vacuum works great now. The charge was very reasonable and I'm glad I found this place. I tried out the Fix-It Shop after reading their positive reviews online."
