"I have bought a fridge, stove, washer, and dryer at different times from here and so far every thing works great. The fridge had an issue with closing but it was still within the warranty. They came out about 3 hours after I called and fixed it right then. Everytime I have gone in the staff was super helpful and friendly. They also deliver for a fee."
"I am giving a low rating today. The sales staff are very kind. Caring. They come out quickly when you need something fixed. They are very informed when you are purchasing their appliances. The reason for my low rating is because the pest control company just left my house. I never had roaches in my life. They said the roaches are coming from the refrigerator I purchased from here. There were baby roaches and adult roaches coming out of the refrigerator. I am so embarrassed. I want to leave this here so others will know."
"I've used AA Appliances to replace nearly every appliance I've got in my kitchen. My fridge died and I got a brand new "scratch and dent" from them that is fabulous! Later, my dryer's heat control was completely broken, and my washer started to leak. So I've replaced those as well with appliances that work perfectly. Now, the mice (old house) have destroyed my gas oven. Guess where I'm heading to get a new one? For about 1/2 the cost of a new appliance, you can get a completely refurbished one that works perfectly and has a short guarantee to be sure it does. The only down side is that they only have appliances available that their supplier has. The variety can be very small, or pretty wide. It's haphazard, but worth it. Especially if you're pinching pennies."
