"I took my son's guitar in to be fixed and I was told it would be done in a week. It ended up taking much longer because the parts took almost 2 months to come in. You may wonder why I still have them 5 stars. Because of the long wait I was given an excellent discount on the price I was quoted and I didn't even have to ask for it. Due to this I was able to purchase a new guitar strap and stand, which he discounted for me as well. The young guy behind the counter definitely made it worth the extra wait time even though it wasn't really their fault that the parts took so long to arrive. My son is extremely happy with the work they did and I will definitely go back for any future repairs or purchases!"
