"Lazy delivery drivers. They won't deliver Amazon packages on Sunday, but will claim the package was dropped off. So Amazon still pays them for the delivery."

"This place. I cannot express how annoyed I am with the sheer laziness of our mail delivery person. They have THROWN packages to our porch, damaging the books inside. They have left packages in the rain with no coverage or knock or anything to attempt to protect it. They have jammed packages that are too large for our mailbox into it, to an extent I had to literally cut the box open to get it out of the mailbox. And today they threw a Christmas card that should have gone in the mailbox on our porch along with a box. Both of which got rained on and much of the items inside were soaked. The card had a check in it from family as a Christmas gift, that was totally ruined bc of the rain. The box got torn into by an animal as well so that's always great. How careless and disrespectful can you be toward someone else's property? How hard is it to properly put items in the mailbox or knock on the door!?"

"I would give this zero stars if I could. Went in for the second time dealing with the short guy with the receding hairline first said I didn’t have all my paperwork for a passport when I did, and the second time I went in there I waited behind 3 people then he made me step aside because there were 5-6 people behind me and 2 more walking in, what am suppose to do? Wait here for 30+ minutes when I was there first??? This is extremely poor customer service. I’ve worked at many retail places and if I had ever seen an employee make someone wait because they had a cart full but the 6 people behind them had 20 items or less, that person would’ve been coached or fired. This was inexcusable."

"You're lucky to get your own mail and packages. We've gotten other people's mail. Luckily for them we're honest people. We've had multiple packages delivered to the wrong house. This recently happened again and I've called too many times to count. No one has gone to retrieve my package like I've been told. I'm beginning to think no one knows where it is."

"What a horrible, frustrating experience. It's a shame you can't dial a number and actually connect with the post office. No, that would be too easy. So many items on the menu, then you have to enter a tracking number and the stupid computer won't stop talking long enough for you to finish! Once I finally got all that accomplished, my wait time on the phone was 50 minutes. Really? All I wanted to know is why the package that was out for delivery TODAY wasn't delivered. The mail delivery person was more interested in smoking his cigarette beside the truck than he was delivering mail."
