"Sat in drive tru for 10 min no service went in stood another 5 had to yell to get help no customer service at all. Quit using for month due to similar problems like no service order wrong . All other pizza places in area no problems just pizza hut"
"Would be a good place to start a business. Guy up there cusses at customers. He’s a little prick. They can’t get an order out to save their life. Don’t order online they take your money and then don’t make your order. Worthless. 0/10 would rather listen to a yoko ono cd while putting my weiner in a meat grinder than eat talk or see the place again. Yet again 0/10 would not recommend."
"Ordered a Meat lover's add mushrooms tonight, got it home and the crust was no where near done! Had to put it in my own oven. Wasn't golden on any part of the crust. Won't be going back!"
"Order was supposed to take 15 minutes, but we waited in line for over 30 just to finally get a cold order. Never going to this location until new management is hired. Horrible service. Dude with nose ring was something special and shouldn't work in customer service. Overall just a very bad experience. Would recommend driving 20 minutes to next closest pizza hut."
"Ordered a pan pizza style at the Wapakoneta pizza hut location, instead they made me a thin crust. Which taste completely different than pan not to mention pan cost more. Called and complained about this mistake and the worker on the phone said she would credit my account 20.66 for the inconvenience. Manager called back five minutes later revoking my credit and said I had to prove the pizza was wrong. I gave her my ticket number and asked if I could bring a picture in tomorrow and she told me no that I wasn’t allowed to eat the pizza they made me by mistake. I live twenty minutes away out of the delivery zone and this manager wasn’t even worried about inconveniencing me even more. She refused to fix the mistake of making me the wrong pizza. Expected me to drive all the way back there after they messed up my order instead of crediting my account like they told me they would do in the first place. This was not my mistake and I should not have to waste my gas money even more after I drove all the way there to get a pizza I didn’t even order. The least they could do is give me what I paid for and not revoke the credit on my account they promised me in the beginning. Horrible management here at this Pizza Hut and does not care about their customers at all."
