"I give them two stars because you get most of your mail. But they treat your mail and packages like they are trash. Just throw it in there. Crush something that says fragile and do not bend. They just left a movie poster I ordered on my pourch in the rain and let it rain on it all day(I was not home and poster was 4 days late. Needless to say it was soaked when I got home from going outa state. I don’t think that’s any way to treat a package that’s not yours. Very disappointed in the postal service and person who does this to me constantly. I will be reporting this carrier. Shame how bad it has gotten. UPDATE now they leave a note in my mailbox saying I got a package to pick up. Post office isn’t to far away so this suits me just fine. We will see if it lasts."

"Not just poor customer service, multiple Federal representatives were down right hostile. I was prepared on my last visit to check and see why mail had not been delivered 14days later to multiple addresses, one of which was 4 blocks away?? I downloaded a voice recorder app, recorded the entire transaction, where I was denied to speak to a supervisor. I filed official grievance on USPS website explaining all my terrible experiences, including my recording and received a simple e-mail telling me it is resolved. This is a Federal facility management problem and e-mail is not adequate. Preposterous."

"Moved to Findlay a few months ago, had to stop ordering online especially from Amazon because the postal carrier absolutely refuses to deliver to our front door, so I have to drive to them to pick up my packages. All I get are excuses or straight up lies from every single person I speak to at usps. Trying to explain a situation and being told “that won’t happen” when it already has is not fair. People at this usps are lazy, rude, and heartless. If someone was doing this to them, they would care and want someone to listen to them. Not being able to get my packages especially on the day it’s supposed to be delivered sounds illegal to me. I hope this is fixed soon for me and anyone else who has a problem there."

"Nobody cares but here goes anyway. It's almost 2pm on a Tuesday after the Monday Columbus Day holiday. My business is in Allen Township on TWP 101, right over by Whirlpool, however the mail delivery person only seems to come about once a week. ( I get parts and tool shipments almost daily but they seem to come once a week anymore). It's getting ridiculous. Today when I called the Post Office, the woman told me that the delivery person had not even left the station yet! What? 2pm and they haven't left the station? She told me there was a lot of mail to sort. Get real. Sorting from 8am until 2pm? I don't think so. What in the world is happening to the Post Office? Nobody cares about anything other than their paycheck and their days off."

"I'm living in apartments and for whatever the reason this USPS staffs never deliver Amazon parcels to my room. They always put the paper stating "The product is ready to pick up" to my mailbox, meaning I have to drive to the post office to pick it up, therefore entirely diminishing the point of delivery service. As an experiment, I once ordered relatively cheap goods from Amazon and just kept waiting until USPS would finally deliver it to my room - They didn't. After 3 months of neglect, they returned the product to Amazon. Without any notice to me, of course. I'm new to this country and I find most of the service standards here are excellent - just except USPS. I'm surprised Amazon hailed from this country where parcel service is this 3rd-world."
