"If I could give this NO STARS I would. I’ve been to this location multiple times and no trouble. Always excellent service. Today an older gentleman (gray hair) said who’s next as I approached the counter to return my item, he never said anything scanned the box twice. Yes I was on the phone it’s part of “My Job” He goes to hand the “drop off package receipt” and literally throws it at me, doesn’t acknowledge me once or even look to see if I had it, I didn’t have time to grab it as he let it go. He picks it up off the counter and does it again, still doesn’t acknowledge or even look at me. I hurry to grab it so it doesn’t fall once again (I’ve literally have paid attention the whole time) As I walk away and I’m walking out the door, he says and I quote “I wish people would stay off there phones in here” To me that’s not good customer service at all considering people use there phones to scan a QR code if needed/or there job consists of them being on call and not to mention a very rude way to treat there customers as there was about five/six other people in there waiting to be helped and two more walking through the door!!"

"When I moved here 2 years ago the employees were very friendly and courteous. I was was totally amazed by the kindness. I have been there 2 times in the past few months and they are unfriendly, not courteous they seem like they are being put out for having to help people. No, hello how can I help you, have a nice day etc. Disappointing ."

"To get a answer on the phone is impossible. Any time of day even at 8:05 it is always voicemail. I have called at all business hours and have yet to get a live person to answer. I have before left a voicemail and not a call back. This is frustrating to have to drive there to simply see what box size they have available also to deal with the woman that is behind the counter. Her customer service voice is not a friendly one. Too bad we don't have any other options but to go across town to the UPS hub. If my business was ran this way I wouldn't have one. Maybe it's easy for them since they are the only ups store available in Findlay Ohio Well whole day has passed and much to my surprise no phone call. Not surprised just sarcasm. This place is terrible plain and simple. So you asked for a email. Why? You never responded. Typical. Folks find a different way to ship these people do not care about you or anyone. Unbelievable. One more thing. Boxes at Lowe's and home Depot are honesty half the price. I paid 17+ for a 24*24*24 and seen at Lowe's 9.and change Reply about my phone call? Your people don't answer the phone there. Why don't you call them"
