"The food is underwhelming in almost all dishes, except the bakery. I can’t get any of my family to eat the food. The comments from them are worse salads, bland taste, overpriced. We have tried many times and not once has the food been enjoyable."

"The French Onion soup has approximately 5 pieces of shredded cheese, it's not even enough for one spoon full. The cheese is one of the main ingredients of this soup, it used to come out melted over the top. Now it's non existent and it's like this everytime i order this soup."
"The service was terrible, not even greeted with a hello at the counter. Maybe this person was having a bad day, not sure. Coffee was out in 2 of the 4 dispensers and the atmosphere was less than stellar. Panera has really taken a downfall since their beginning as The St. Louis Bread Company."
