"Up until recently, I have had a good experience with Harbor Freight. I purchased a new Predator engine for my business and it did not come with a crankshaft key. I called customer support and they confirmed that engines are shipped without the key. Since it is metric, I do not have anywhere local to purchase the needed item. Very disappointed as a regular patron. I have ordered other engines for my business over the years from other manufacturers and the item has always been included. I needed to use the engine right away but now have to work around it until I can make a trip or wait the delivery. Very inconvenient."

"One of the better harbor freight I've been to. Staff is more than willing to bring any heavy items all the way to your car. Also if you're an android user there is a fantastic app that allows you to select what coupons you want to use so you don't have to lug around that catalog. The coupons are also searchable so no more fumbling through each page!"
