"What a scam of a company. Not like it used to be. Currently ran by the most incompetent group of newcomers to the industry you could imagine. Accounting is constantly messing up checks or overcharging lease drivers until you correct them. And you can’t go to HR about accounting because it’s the same person lol. 1 pure dispatcher, the rest are messengers for that dispatcher. No after hours dispatcher, he’s also just a messenger. When the main dispatcher is sick or on vacation the entire operation goes haywire. They paid us in gift cards to post positive reviews. The truth is in the reviews by former employees. I’m familiar with the original owners and have worked here years before all the changes and it was a different operation completely. They’ve gone to retire and now it’s being ran into the ground. Carol (HR/accounting) is absolutely a cigarette addict who can’t sit at her desk for 30 minutes without going out back to smoke. Nobody answers the phone usually. Multiple drivers came to me with these same problems but we’ve all handled them and/or left since then. If you’ve got years of OTR experience do not waste your time here. A shame what Secor has become. Don’t offer your hard work to these people."

Very good equipment, Trucks and Trailers Wich is something so important for us truckers to feel safe and know we won't have any issues when have to deal with DOT. "Good company. I said awhile ago to the owner I want to retire here I left for a bit due to personal reasons and came back they welcomed me with open arms. They don't bother me I make pick up and deliveries on time and I'm not bothered if I need anything it's usually handled in minutes. People have good and bad days anywhere you go but I can honestly say the good definitely outweighs the bad and usually the bad is at a situation not the company. And big bonus brokers don't harass you either. And brokered freight is mainly back haules. No breed or weight restrictions on pets and they always have treats for them in the office."
