"This Courier service is the worst I’ve ever delt with in 25 years of being in the construction industry and receiving thousands of deliveries. Their dispatch completely disregards any instructions of delivery specifications and their drivers are more interested in finding any reason to not have to make the delivery, coupled with attitudes and unprofessionalism that is completely uncalled for in any situation. I would avoid this company like the plague!"
"Did not coordinate the drop off time with me. Then without coordinating with me or at least courtesy call me to say the truck they’re using broke and can’t make the drop off. Now i’m waiting for a call from the same people that didn’t coordinate a drop off time to coordinate a new date because i’m not priority."
"Was just on a flight from Dallas where two of the employees, in company attire, nearly started a fight with a woman in front of her child. One of the most classless acts I have seen in a long time. Hire better people."
"Absolutely horrible to deal with. Delivery had gotten rescheduled twice already. We ordered a mattress and had to go buy an air mattress because ours was not delivered when scheduled. They never contacted me to reschedule like I was told. I ended up calling them. Rescheduled and the day of got an email saying that they weren't going to deliver it. They refused to try and work with me to get it delivered that day as it was scheduled and told me the best they could do was the next day. No apology for screwing up or anything. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had!"
