"So incredibly disappointed. Pitt Ohio used to be one of the good companies but now nickle and dime you. They completely dropped a pallet, causing thousands of dollars in damage, and after waiting weeks for responses they deny the claim saying the packaging wasn't sufficient for the "rigors of LTL transport". Dropping the pallet on the side which had enough force to snap 5/8" bolts would not have been better protected with an outer box or more inner packaging like they stated... Add Pitt Ohio to the junk LTL carriers like Roadrunner"

"I was in a horrific rollover crash on the Ohio turnpike. Bloody and bruised, it was a Pitt-Ohio driver that stopped and let me use his phone to call EMS. Forever thankful."

"Great delivery service but they like to quote you one price and then jack it up once they send you the bill. Then customer service tells you it is what it is, not very professional. With the customer service team was an nice and hard working as the drivers."

"Wish I could put zero stars because they do not even deserve one star. We have a business and are renovating. We ordered coolers and had them shipped by Pitt Ohio. They arrived to our city and were 2 miles from our location for 6 days before delivered to us. We initially received a phone call and had delivery date and time set up. Did not receive delivery when promised, also did not get a call to explain why it was not delivered, instead I had to call and they had no clue why we didn’t get it. If I did not call who knows when they would deliver it. Instead of being nice and explain why the delay they were extremely rude and unprofessional. For something that was their mistake and on top being rude about it is unacceptable. Will never ever ship with them again. Stay away from this company if you want professional experience!!!!!!!! Zero stars!!!!!"
