"Purchased my balloons from Kenwood location for an event I needed to set up for. ONE enter pack of white balloons were useless. They blew up in the oddest shapes or there were white spots on the inside. Normally, I go to Colerain location. Only went to Kenwood this time, because it is close to my job. NEVER again will I waste my money at Kenwood location. Plus when I arrived and told the young lady what I was picking up. Couldn't find it, because she didn't listen. Two of them couldn't find it, again...they didn't listen. The third associate listened and showed me where to grab my online order."
"Customer service was horrible. I figured out the best deal on my own with no help from the staff. The small stature Caucasian girl obviously don't like her job and treated me as such. I purchased some stuff and the signed deal was cheaper so I had to return everything to ring up the deal and the acted as if I was the problem. Latex Balloons didn't last 6 hours before falling."
"I absolutely love this store. The employees are always helpful. Whether I'm in store or calling on the phone they never fail me. The employees are knowledgeable about where all products are located, stock availability, and cost. This is the type of Customer Service I expect at any business I decide to spend my money at.
