"I have worked for Barr-Nunn since 2019. I have made the mistake to leave them twice for what I was told would be a better opportunity with better pay. The two times I have left I was disappointed and let down by the two different companies. Barr-Nunn gave me the opportunity to come back twice. I am grateful. Barr-Nunn is a great company to work for. They treat drivers with respect. Home time is important to them and if for what ever reason you get home late due to weather or unpredictable road issues they make sure you still get the proper time off. You get a safety bonus severy 90 days for safe driving. You earn PTO. I work 5 days on and 2 days off. I love the balance of home life and work life. If you are a safe driver and need a balance of home time and work life, Barr-Nunn is it."

The recruiter(Cory) I had really knew what he was talking about. All the information that he provided was exactly correct. The company’s focus on safety is one of the prime factors I’m happy here. The trucks a good, the trailers are in good shape. If you have any issues they take care of them fast. The pay is the best I’ve seen in the industry. "Worked there for 10+ years, great people to work with. Pay and benifits package is phenomenal. New drivers a word of advice, if you treat people with respect and dignity you will get the same treatment back. All companies have a "break in period" after orientation. You will be talking directly to their longtime customers and driving 150k+ equipment around the US. Therefore, expect to be vetted thoroughly with any company out there. Excellent drivers here make $100k + per year!"
