"This is a great ski shop. I bought ski boots from Village snow, they caused me some pain and they worked with me trying to mold the boot to my foot better. After that I still experience some discomfort and they gave me a new boot free of charge. Great customer service, will come here again when I need new skis!!"
"This place is fantastic! I have bought several items from them over the years and have always had a great experience. Staff is always super helpful and welcoming. Several years back they helped me find my first pair of boots and bindings and they were spot on with the recommendations. Few years ago, I was back to upgrade my gear and was again given lots of great advice and the person really helped me pick out a great boot that I am still using and has stood up very well. My most recent trip was in search of new snowboard pants and possibly a new jacket. Unfortunately, I was not able to find a pair that were in my size and in a style that I was looking for."
