"No star for them checked in 7:30 called and given dock by 8:15 empty by 10:30 but still on the dock All the truck on the dock waiting for capstone to pay Lamper fee. expacting another 2 hour"

"0600 appointment. Checked in before then. Several open doors: “we’ll call you when we have a door”. Offer better pay or working conditions, and you might not be understaffed"

"You have to park on the road leading up to the gate. If you have an appointment, you have to walk your paperwork to the guard gate. There will be a lot of trucks in line. Give them your paperwork, and they call you. Called me in 15 minutes for a door. Appt time 1000 got a door at 0900. Open doors put paperwork in back and they call you. Started unloading 15 min after I got a door, still 1/2 hour to appointment time. Lumper fee done over phone / website. Done in less than 2 hour a great ran McLanes, thank you."
