"Stopped in Fremont for the night on a 16-day bicycle tour - noticing that my front wheel was looking more and more out of true with each pothole. Passed by Spoke Life and stopped to see if they could true the wheel. Despite being very busy and (IIRC) having had no lunch Mike (hope I got the name right) had my wheel trued up in 20 minutes and had me on my way. If I lived in the area, this would be my bicycle shop of choice - super nice people!"
"Friendly and quick service! They took care of my wife's bike quickly and had the bike I was looking for in stock! I went for a quick test ride and Judy answered all my questions and helped fit me for the right size! I am excited to ride the trails around me! Thank you!"
"Boy, did they take good care of me! Camped just thirteen miles from them and was attempting a 120 - mile - ebike ride home with all my gear, on a 90 -degree day. Had a minor brake-cable problem so stopped in. As I wheeled in, they noticed my tire was low and by the time I got to the back, it was flat. Best place to get a flat is IN a bike shop! So I loaded my gear back on the bike and took off happy. Only to find my rack was broken half a block away. U-turned and again, they took me under their wing. This time, I had to purchase another rack in order to get the parts, which they basically machine shopped to fit. I wanted to tell you guys at your bike shop, I only made it 90 miles that day, but could not have done it without you. I did however successfully complete a 130-mile one-day ride about a week later! Thanks again!"
