"Driver did not allow time for my 94 year old mother with a broken femur to wear a coat or socks and shoes from the nursing home to her doctor's appointment. Driver yelled at doctor's office staff for not having automatic doors. Driver pushed my mom up to the receptionist's window and left her there without another word to anyone. TERRIBLE FIRST IMPRESSION THERE WILL NOT EVER BE ANOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY."
"I don't use the service, but a couple friends of mine do and the way they speak of their experiences has led to this review, especially in light of the holiday hours. I was sent a photo of the holiday schedule that is posted on the vans and told that not all of the days they're closed are listed on the schedule! How does that help anyone?! I wish I could do more for my friends so they wouldn't have to ever use that "service" again."
