"Brought my BRAND NEW handlebars that I ordered to A&S to get wired. When I received them back about 24 hours later they are scratched and scuffed to hell. They are wired but definitely not going on my brand new bike. Steve the owner claims they received them like that which is 100% false. And now will not do anything about it."
