"I called this company on April of 2008 the guy showed up in 45 minutes he said he going to install the best unit in the nation and give a fair price the next day he came to install the units with other person after they left and I paid him that the unit that install is very small for my house only 13 ser instead of 16 ser I called him no answer thee days later the hous over 90 degree I called him again he came the next day and said the other guy didn't filled all the freon that he supposedly do after that I have a lot of problems and every time I call him he says the I don't have warranty no more even after one week this person he is name is James.
