"I went into this store to see if they could cut a vintage blank key I had. The clerk at the front counter was so rude to me I honestly could not believe it. She rolled hers eyes, huffed and puffed, and talk to me in a very rude tone. I was so taken back, I just removed my keys from the counter, stated how rude she was, and left. As I walked out she yelled, “Listen! (So and so) has to cut the key!” I just kept walking. Truly unreal. I wasn’t going to write this review, but decided that people should know this and we need to speak out against terrible customer service. I went to to Brown Hardware around the corner and they were awesome!"
