He gave us top quality service on the entire process, handling everything for us to perfection. His professional advice and knowledge, to coordinating the installation was exceptional. Our new carpet is stunning! In our past experiences, dealing with large purchases can be difficult in the handling of all the people involved in the process. Dylan handled them all!! The entire process was impressive. We have had a lifetime of building homes and lots of purchases which can be a nightmare. Our original carpet was installed poorly by JP Flooring and it was necessary to be replaced within 5 years. Dylan at Carpetland cares about his customers and has proven he represents Carpetland with very high standards, integrity, and professionalism. We are ever so grateful to Carpetland and especially Dylan Schafer."

"Update: after posting this review, I was contacted by Carpetland. I am happy to report that they fixed my floors, put bigger, more sturdy transition pieces in and made it look like new again! I am very happy with this fix and would recommend Dylan and Carpetland! Let me start by saying- we absolutely love our carpet one exclusive LVP. It is beautiful and durable. Dylan was our sales guy and he was fantastic. No pressure, didn’t tell us the prices when we were looking to try to push us into the higher price range. My low review comes from the installation. We had our floors put in Sept 2019. We were told “Tommy is the best”. The problem is they left way too big of a gap for the floating floors, and within the last 2 years we have started getting gaps around all the edges. In fact the trim is now breaking because there is no floor under it to support the trim. We had them out about a year after the installation to fix a gap that we had by our kitchen island, which ended up coming back and we had to gorilla glue and push back into place. It’s disappointing that we now have to try to figure out how to fix all this."
