Their friendly, no-pressure sales approach, knowledgeable and informative advice is what we admire when purchasing anything, and Paul at PLI deserves a 5 start review in every one of those categories! We built this house one year ago this month and the PLI kitchen granite and bathroom's quartz are by far two of our very best design decisions we made in the whole house. If you expect explemplary customer service, give Paul and McKayla at PLI a call, you will be very glad you did!"
"The installation was well done EXCEPT the backsplash was short about an inch. When I asked about it, the installer said we would have to take care of it ourselves. Not acceptable. It took 2 months to get the problem resolved. We are satisfied with the product now. So my advice is for you to be persistent with the company if you have a problem. They will eventually fix it. (We ordered this from Lowe’s. They were no help in correcting the problem)"
