"Overdue Review! We had pioneer install a fence about 5 months ago. The finished product and the service leading up to the install surpassed my expectations. At my request, one of their estimators/PM's came out to the house during atypical hours to finalize the design layout. Along the way somewhere, there was a miscommunication that was not caught until the fence was being installed. I noticed the issue when I got home from work that day and called. Early the next morning, the PM came out and adjustments were made with no questions asked. I asked that they move a couple of the fence posts and they obliged. No finger pointing, no added cost. The estimation and design process was smooth, the price was better than I expected, and the finished product is spot on."
