"Super rude! Avoid! Went in for quart of Porter ceiling paint. Guy with beard was immediately annoyed and acted like I was crazy for expecting them to sell it (ummm... PPG was Porter). Then I mentioned that their store hours were incorrect on Google (they are not open Sat) so they could fix and he sarcastically reminded me that we just had a global pandemic so, of course, they are don't have Sat staff. Anyway, avoid this place and go anywhere else."

"Terrible customer service. Trip #1, closed due to new winter hours. Trip #2, after checking both their website and Google Maps to make sure they were open...they were closed because this was not updated. Trip #3, called to confirm they were open and that they had the exact product I needed in stock. Went there only to find out they did NOT have it in stock, because they did not actually check when I called. Sherwin-Williams took good care of me and earned a new customer."
