"In the past, I have had good experiences with this store and its staff. I have been going there almost every week for years. Before coming to Cincinnati I used to go to ACE in Princeton, NJ, which I think may be the best ACE in the country, very nicely designed with great products and helpful and knowledgeable staff. ACE in Hyde Park cannot really compare but still, I have enjoyed going there. However, today I had an appointment to program a car key I had ordered and paid almost $300 for in advance. The guy with whom I dealt, Sean Moore, must be new. At least I had not seen him before. He was rude and obnoxious and had no sense of service unlike most of the employees there. He said that it is common that keys don't work. When I suggested that they need to check better or at the very least order keys without requiring customers to pay in advance, he just shrugged his shoulders stating that that was the policy. For him, it was no big deal that customers had to take time off their busy schedules and pay a lot of money, make appointments, and wait in line, just to be told that their money and effort were a waste. I would strongly recommend avoiding this guy and ordering car keys from ACE in Hyde Park."
