Nail gun came today brand new in box as advertised and I saved a few hundred dollars with NGD and I am more than pleased with my purchase. Tested it out and mannnn this thing is no joke! "I ordered a new Nail gun as well as a box of nails. The website stated the two were compatible. They were not. I called the manufacturer and they confirmed I had the wrong nail’s. I called Nail gun Depot they confirmed their web site was incorrect. However they could only replace the nails if I returned the box of nails unopened! How else would I know they don’t work! I was very disappointed with their customer support. Buyer beware!"
"Beware! Horrible, dishonest business. The least of the issue was the rudeness and perfunctory "know it all" attitude of the sales rep. She was plain rude and obnoxious. After I ordered a $300 nail gun, they shipped it to the wrong address. When I never received it, I had to buy another gun locally and ask them for a refund. Two months later, they still have my money, and there is no sign they will ever issue a refund. Dishonest business with horribly poor customer service. Do not be persuaded by prices perhaps a few dollars less. If you do business here the odds are you will regret it. There are good reasons to buy from reputable businesses."
