"Avoid like the plague Sad day that I have to review an ace hardware which is normally an innocuous experience. We rented a U-haul with equipment and blankets. We watched the very unintelligent manager sell all of our extras to the group in front of us. Additionally he refused to give the keys to a woman. Inconvenient isn’t a harsh enough term to describe this experience. People incapable of basic business shouldn’t be able to represent national franchises. Luckily I know someone at U-haul corporate, being a former dealer myself, and intend to escalate this egregious incompetency of this franchisee."

"Called and reserved a U-Haul with associates name “west” and when we came it was not available. Not only was my job delayed and but have to wait three days for refund. Very inconvenient."

"With how low the inventory is, this store might be going out of business! So the manager has taken away the employee’s ability to order things from their computer system. Paint, plumbing, hardware, it’ll be out of stock until their manager feels like replenishing. Not to mention, I’ve witnessed their manager treat employees poorly right at the cash register in front of 6+ customers waiting to check out. He was too busy to check us out, his ride was outside and he was in a hurry to leave. Hopefully ownership finds new management soon, I’ll continue to pop in, but won’t buy from this Ace until management is fixed."
