"Fantastic customer service. There's a LL FLOORING closer but this one had what we needed in stock."
"We decided to use LL Flooring in Cincinnati to replace the floors in our home after a flood ruined the original. During the process of purchasing the floors they offered to install them for us and “they would handle everything”. We decided to take that route, and it’s unfortunately been a nightmare. They never finished nailing the flooring down which has caused it to separate. They have sent multiple contractors in to assess the floors, ordered the flooring but never actually completed the needed repairs. The transitions they used were incorrect and don’t convert the area from hardwood to carpet. It’s terrible. We’re now going I to the second year and it’s gotten progressively worse. The most recent group that came in to assess the repairs said the entire thing needed to be replaced because of how the initial installation was completed. Now they’re not responding. There’s MUCH more to this, but it’s not worth the energy to complete the post. Do NOT use them."

"Went to store and found a product we wanted. A many came out quickly and measured and told us we would get a quote and date shortly. They never called back, but I did get an online questionnaire and explained that they never followed through. I waited for months and no followups. If you need flooring in a hurry this is not the place to go."
"We ordered after using the visualizer to decide what we wanted. They had 30 boxes at one location and 15 at another and they allowed us to split the pick up rather than waiting 4+weeks for them to have everything in at one location. We are in the process of installing the luxury vinyl flooring and love it. No damaged pieces, durable, high quality. It goes so well with our black cabinets and gray walls!! Can't wait to get our other rooms finished! My husband said it's pretty easy to install but does take time in small spaces. Flooring can be cut with a utility knife so that saves time on those little cuts around edges. 3rd picture is the visualizer. Lighting is different because of different times of day."
