"Was there with very simple return, only one employee was behind the desk. He was dealing with a difficult sale it took him 15 minutes to get over to the return desk. By the time he did there were several others waiting. During our wait I witnessed a total of 6 other employees wandering aimlessly. Two of which even asked how I was only to follow by saying "someone will help you". It was disappointing that such an easy transaction took a back seat to one customer making their only working employee ignore 5 other customers"
