"Well, let's see here. The all Spanish speaking crew came out about a few hours late but worked liked champs. Usually a company would have at least one that understands english and not have to use the translater app on their phone, really. They did awesome work with carpet and hard floors. I was impressed. One big issue was that a big portion of floor needed leveling done, I mean where the pieces of plywood were like about, if not more than, a 1/4" height diff. from one piece to the other. Well I didn't get anywhere with the Spanish crew of course. I finally got a hold of a frigg'n salesman that told me that the padding for carpet will compensate for that and won't notice it. Well, of course he was wrong. A year later that height diff shows real well now. The moral of story is to not let a salesman tell you the job doesn't need something when you know for a fact that it does."
"Ray was absolutely wonderful. He measured my room, made sure that I had the right padding and carpet and was very helpful in explaining what I needed considering that I have 4 dogs. Thank you so much for helping me make the right choice. I really love my new carpet. The installation crew did a wonderful job. They were clean, kind, and courteous. I will definitely be referring my family and friends to Rite Rug. Honest people and good prices."
