"I refuse to take my phone anywhere else for repairs! iRepair More kept my Pixel 2 working for YEARS beyond when it would have died. It's super easy to get appointments and they're really good about communicating with you if they need to order anything for your phone and how long it would take to be there - I've never had to wait for than a day, and they've always repaired my phone to a usable state while things are being ordered so I've never been left would a working phone. Service is SUPER quick, I'm always done there in less than an hour, and everyone is so friendly!"
"John and his family are extremely honest, extremely fair, and stand by their work. I have taken multiple circuit boards to their establishments for them to repair (and only ever one they couldn't fix, long story short not their bad). They mostly, I believe, specialize on phones and tablets. They've repaired my s5 multiple times, and my s9. Had a problem with a repair they did once, took my phone back, and they honored their stated warranty and repaired it as a result. They usually are also even able to get repairs done, same day, if they have the parts. If they don't, they are able to get parts quickly. Fantastic people. I drive over 30 minutes from where I live so I can have them repair my devices. Top notch. Thank you"
