"I delivered a doordash order with 20 pizzas from Pizza Hut. Was told I was going to get a tip because I was going to tip the store for making it. I only got $5 from doordash. Amazing it's such a big company and they couldn't even leave a tip. It's sad. I'll never shop at this store ever again over this!"

"One of there items was in a missed placed in the wrong spot. I thought I was getting it for $15.99. It was $26.99. I have went to Menard’s before for the same issues of having a item in the wrong spot they have always compensated people for missed placed or missed priced items. This time they didn’t do that and I feel like their customer service is not what are used to be whenever the store first opened."
"Love this store!! They sell pretty much everything!!! Candy, cereal, tools, pet supplies, work gloves, lighting, back packs, trash cans... The list could go for days! Really nice people that work at the one in Kent/Bromfield... Their prices are hard to beat. Store was clean, well stocked and organized. I would recommend this store to anyone anytime."
"I like this one. They hit everything you need just like the other two local hardware stores. But I am conflicted. The lumber yard bulk area. I mean if I want to grab a couple 2x4s and run it becomes a whole process. I love I can pull my truck right up to it. But some of the items aren’t labeled so you just guess which is yours which kills time till you figure it out. Grab and go would be nice but I’ll settle for this. Still five stars. Clean place helpful and friendly staff. Lowes in stow was always my favorite but this might be bumping out off first place."
