Meijer

"When I first started going to this store, it was awesome. Great prices, great selections and great meats. Now, it resembles Venezuela more by the day: near-empty coolers milk, milk products, yogurt, cheeses ALL lacking product. Many shelves noticeably are missing items. Meat counter is often closed well before the store does. Often times, there are only one or two cashiers open. So, it is a 20 minute wait, or use self-checkout... It has to be Meijer's corporate, or store management as no other local groceries are missing a thing and they all have sufficient cashiers. I will no longer shop there."

"Store always appears clean. Lots of choices in produce and bakery areas. I like the self checkouts - one line for everyone makes it fair for the next available register. Meijer attendant is in the area and is always responsive and helpful in any way needed."

"I think this store has a problem with inventory. I understand that the holiday season is hard on every store, but even months before the holidays, this store always seems to be low or out of a lot of things I need. I’m always able to find what I couldn’t get at Meijer, at Walmart across the street. Also, other than the door greeters and people working behind counters in different departments, the employees working on the floor are kind of rude. They squeeze themselves around you or just cut you off to do their jobs just that much faster, with no “excuse me”, but maybe a glare or total avoidance of eye contact altogether. I love Meijer, but this is probably my least favorite one I’ve been to, and unfortunately, I live in this area now."

"Stop times you have to stop and smell the roses. Most see Meijer as a grocery store, bakery, deli, or pharmacy. I personally love the garden center. The flowers and plants are so beautiful."

"Can these people be better organized ! Wow! Superb grocery store! By far the best organized and clean !! Selection of food ! Quality , price , staff is superb ! I know has been hard to keep the shelves the way they look !! It’s all about the people , the staff who cleans day in , day out , parking lot is magnificent, my only suggestion is the outdoor and sport sections needs little better organized and selection . I was interested on a bike , they were not prices , 5 star still . The store looks immaculate. Foods and organic section looks that you basically cut the fruits and the veggies around the block and put them for sale ! Great job guys !! Plus the location has access to interstate 76 ! City of Kent real close ! Has a great choices to shop as well :)"
